Join us Thursday mornings at 10 am in the Community Room (unless otherwise noted) for fun and interactive presentations from local community partners. These programs are geared towards children 0-6 but all children are welcome. No registration required.
This hands-on program with the Elevation Science Institute invites young learners to step into the shoes of a paleontologist and discover the dinosaurs that once roamed the Bighorn Basin of Montana during the Jurassic Period. Students will get to see and handle real fossils, learn about recent field discoveries, and try their hand at excavating fossils through a simulated dig activity. It’s a fun, engaging way to spark curiosity about Montana’s prehistoric past and the science of paleontology!"
