Family Reading runs through February 28th and encourages families to develop the habit of reading aloud together.  Studies have shown that children who are read aloud to have improved language skills and are more successful in school.&n

Reading aloud helps your beginning reader expand their vocabulary and improve reading comprehension. Learning to read can be scary; a friendly face, particularly one with a soothing purr, can ease reading anxieties and build confidence.

Ssshhh! Enjoy reading in comfortable silence with fellow bookworms. We'll supply the cozy atmosphere and quiet snacks, and you bring a book or borrow one from the Library'
