Sick of the cold and itching to start some seeds for your garden? Join the Billings Community Seed Library for a winter sowing workshop. Learn how to prepare and plant seeds in outdoor sowing containers Please bring a clean, one gallon milk jug. Wednesday, February 4, 12-1pm in the Community Room.
