You probably have heard that great things are happening with residential garbage services starting week of Monday, Sep 11, 2023!

Changes are not easy. These changes, however, are to improve efficiency and extend the life of our Landfill. 

Here are some of the highlights you can look forward to:

  • NEW Garbage Days for most of the city
  • A NEW 64 Gal black garbage bin for a lower price
  • Cardboard Recycling
  • Call-in-Only “Extras”

 

We understand that adapting to these service changes might raise questions. Our Solid Waste Superintendent, Kyle will be happy to address any concerns and provide more information at this designated time to connect.

PS: There will be snacks. We will discuss what to do with paperboard box that the snacks come in as well
