History of Montana Laws

Montana Library Network Virtual Program is presenting A History of Montana Laws with Franklin Runge from the Montana Law Library.  This is a not-to-be-missed event. Franklin Runge is very knowledgeable and a great presenter.

This event can be attended at the Billings Public Library or in your home.  Code for connecting to the Zoom will be updated once it is received.

Franklin Runge was named the State Law Librarian in January 2023. He is a graduate of the Northeastern University School of Law and has a Master’s in Library Science from the University of Indiana.
