Program Description

Event Details

Carolyn Martin Kennedy is an award-winning artist whose art is an exploration of color, pattern, and found objects as they relate to emotion, spirituality, and memory. Contemporary landscapes translate the emotion and memory into images that reflect the subject matter in spirit rather than detail. Non-representational paintings are symbolic explorations of a theme. View Carolyn's website and learn more about her work by viewing this Electric Storm Instagram post.

"The Trail" is an acrylic on canvas, valued at $2,200. Dimensions for the framed piece are 32.5"x24".This contemporary interpretation of the Western landscape was inspired by Carolyn's love of her native Livingston, MT, and her years spent in Bozeman. The painting is on display at the Billings Public Library until November 28. After that, it may be viewed at Electric Storm Gallery.
