Join the Billings Community Seed Library for a seed swap social in the Community Room on Saturday, March 7th , from 11am-1:30pm.  Come peruse the assortment of donated fruit, veggie, and flower seeds and visit with local community groups

What does local government actually look like? Join us during Civic Learning Week as we head to a city council meeting to observe the process firsthand. Meet in the BPL lobby and we will walk over together.

Join us as local artists work in their preferred medium to paint/draw their interpretation of a live model sitting under the library's oculus. Artists are encouraged to bring their own supplies and protective coverings if needed.

Reading aloud helps your beginning reader expand their vocabulary and improve reading comprehension. Learning to read can be scary; a friendly face, particularly one with a soothing purr, can ease reading anxieties and build confidence.

Billings Public Library is partnering with Brooklyn Public Library to offer a book club to celebrate that every teen deserves the freedom to read.

The library is happy to display the photographic work of Dan Baney, one of our own library staff members, throughout March.
