Join us Wednesday afternoons at 3pm in the Community Room (unless otherwise noted) for fun and hands on programs sure to bring the artist out in all of us. These programs are geared towards children 6-12, registration required.

 

Learn all about the fun of rock tumbling! Joseph Allred, President of the Billings Gem and Mineral Club, will teach about how to use a rotary tumbler to turn rough rock into smooth and polished stones. He will give a lesson on rock selection, different kinds of grit and polish, how to operate and maintain a tumbler, and also talk about different crafts you can make using polished stones!
