We know you’ve been wondering what lies beneath the surface of Billings.

We're not talking about some secret underground tunnel or anything, but rather the massive network of pipes that make up our Water Distribution & Wastewater Collection system!

What does it take to maintain 500+ miles of water mains and 500+ miles of sewer mains?

Why do some areas seem to experience more main breaks than others? What's up with the 165-year pipe replacement schedule?

And if you've never heard of pipe bursting before, well, let's just say it's really cool!

If you're curious about all of this (and who isn't?), don’t miss our special presentation at the Billings Public Library Community Room! Our frontline staff, D&C supervisors, and engineers are happy to talk about how they keep things flowing smoothly.

Please join us for a fun and informative event brought to you by your Billings Public Works team!
