Billings Public Library is excited to host members with the Billings Community Orchestra for a spring concert under the oculus! Enjoy the music in the air as a 10-piece ensemble perform selections from Tchaikovsky, Strauss, Handel, Bach, Beethoven, as well as a number of folk dances.
