Louis Habeck is a Billings native who received a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from the University of Montana in 2011. While primarily dedicated to his artistic exploration as a sculptor, he is also an accomplished photographer and a skilled painter and illustrator. In 2015 Louis was selected for an Artist’s Innovation Award from the Montana Arts Council. He has given multiple lectures and sculpting demos for classes at various colleges, conferences, and art institutions across Montana and Wyoming. Louis will demonstrate his innovative sculpting techniques on September 29th from 6-7:30 pm in the Community Room. To view his work, visit https://louishabeck.com/. All ages welcome.
