John Kennedy is the Director of the Billings Arts Association and an active member of Billing's Urban Sketchers, a community that celebrates the beauty of everyday-life through on-location sketching. His sketches capture the pulse of the city, and whether it's a quiet coffee shop, the library, a museum, or a downtown street corner, John tries to breathe life into the urban fabric. In addition to a variety of creative sketchbook practices, John creates fine art in graphite, watercolor, oil, acrylic, and mixed media creating both representational and abstract art. He is currently exhibiting at Sandstone Gallery in Billings.
