The one-day event is scheduled to be held at the Billings Public Library, where a number of Tolkien-related fan films, shorts, and rarities, curated by The Council of Westmarch, will be shown.  The event is free to the public. The Festival will begin at 10:30 AM in the Community Room on the first floor.

We will also be raffling some incredible Tolkien-related items throughout the day, at $4.00 per ticket. Only cash will be accepted, so be sure to bring a few dollars cash if you would like to participate in the raffles.

The Festival schedule is as follows:

10:30 A.M. Screenings begin (please be punctual)
12:30 P.M. Break for lunch (patrons will be on their own for lunch, and must plan accordingly)
1:30 P.M. Reconvene
4:00 P.M.(approx.): Festival ends

Parents: the films are unrated, but expect the equivalent of a PG-13 rating.
