CLOSE ENCOUNTERS WITH ANIMALS

Join Tami Haaland April 5th 4pm – 5pm as she guides teens through a journey of self-expression by exploring poetry about animals!

Tami Haaland is the author of three poetry collections, including What Does Not Return and Breath in Every Room, recently reissued by Red Hen Press. Her poems have appeared in many periodicals and anthologies and have also been featured on The Slowdown, The Writer’s Almanac, Verse Daily, and American Life in Poetry. A former Montana Poet Laureate, Haaland is a professor of creative writing at Montana State University Billings.
